You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price including any delivery fees and applicable taxes. Prices are set by partner restaurants and may change without notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Riders and merchants are subject to additional terms outlined in their respective partner agreements. By registering as a rider or merchant, you agree to those supplementary terms.
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, interfere with the operation of our services, impersonate another person, or submit false information.
Loko facilitates connections between customers, restaurants, and riders. We are not liable for the quality of food prepared by restaurants or for delays outside our control.
