Welcome to Loko. By accessing or using the Loko mobile application and related services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Loko Technologies (Private) Limited.
Your use of the Service is subject to your compliance with these terms. Loko grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Loko.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Loko immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Loko reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.
Loko acts as a technology platform connecting passengers with independent driver-partners. Loko is not a transportation company and does not provide transportation services directly. Driver-partners are independent contractors, not employees of Loko. Accordingly, Loko's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Loko reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version in the app. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
